What you'll get:
Salary: 12.21 (aged 21 and over), 10 (aged 18 to 20), 7.55 (aged under 18)
You'll earn commission when someone joins and again when they keep coming back with the average additional earnings being 2,500

About the role:
As a Member Success (Sales and Retention) Consultant you'll play a vital role in helping people take their first steps towards achieving more than they thought possible and supporting them to stay on track.
You'll sell memberships but in a way that feels personal and right for each individual. It's about listening, asking great questions, and connecting people to the right membership and setting them up for success well beyond their first few weeks.
What you'll do:
Speak to potential members, on the phone or when they walk into the club, to find out what they need and help them join
Show people around the club and explain how we can help them reach their goals
Follow up with new members in their first few weeks to help them settle in and stay motivated
Be visible in the club and support the overall member experience
Keep track of your leads, plan your day, and work towards your sales targets
What we're looking for
Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
Driven to meet goals and proud when you achieve them
Positive, organised, and ready to get stuck in -- especially when it's busy
Happy to pick up the phone and chat with people about joining
Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is ideal, but not essential if you bring the right mindset
