Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team Ensure new members feel welcomed and confident from day one Drive engagement and visitation through tailored support and services Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the member experience Achieve club targets for new joiners and engagement
What We're Looking For
A strong leader with a passion for fitness and member success Experience in team management and customer engagement A team player who can drive performance and innovation This role is subject to a DBS check
