As MXC Crew, you will engage with the gym members and provide guidance, support and motivation through timetabled classes, workshops, inductions and programming
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Description of Key Responsibilities
Member Athletic Support
Walk the floor and interact with members providing where needed coaching on technique, safety and equipment use
Lead and deliver classes as requested which will include workshops, structured courses, inductions, initial programs and reprogramming
Actively promote classes and member attendance
Work with the in club Social Media lead to provide content for upload to SM channels
Liaise with Club Manager to provide ideas and courses to submit to HQ
Maintain equipment standards through preventative maintenance and report any issues to DM
Conduct regular walkarounds and resetting of equipment
Conduct gym tours for prospective members, clearly explaining membership benefits and answering questions.
Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups and membership conversions in the CRM system
Customer Service & Experience
Greet all members and guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing a high-quality first impression
Handle member enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary
Support members to get the most from their membership, including using facilities, classes, and programming
Build strong relationships with members to promote retention and loyalty.
Administration & Team Support
Support health and safety processes and policies, including member inductions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the club is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
Promote and assist with club events and initiatives to build a vibrant community.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Level 2 or above Fitness Instructor qualification (or be willing to qualify)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
