Duties will include, but not be restricted to:
Marketing and Lead Generation:
Development of the Anytime Fitness brand in Kettering, increasing brand awareness, generating leads for new membership sales and other revenue lines
Planning and running promotional campaigns via calls, texts, emails, and local events
Taking photos and making videos for social media; as well as designing and implementing member competitions
Leading corporate membership programs aimed at local businesses and specific customer groups
Sales:
Convert and manage leads and enquiries into appointments using Anytime Fitness CRM systems
Conduct effective sales tours, promoting the benefits of Club membership
Achieve new member, total membership, and income targets.
Member Retention:
Utilise Anytime Fitness systems and initiatives aimed at improving and maintaining member retention
Implement member retention activities, ensuring a high satisfaction rate and longevity in memberships.
Club Environment:
Create a Club culture in which members feel that they belong to a community
Ensure the club operates smoothly and meets Anytime Fitness standards
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Our ideal candidate will have experience selling in a target driven environment and will have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
Previous handling of business social media accounts is an advantage, particularly Facebook and Instagram
First Aid trained (not compulsory).
