Job Title: Membership Advisor

Location: Anytime Fitness Rushden

Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive + Commission + Incentives

Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts between 8am-8pm (Mon-Fri) + Saturdays 9am-3pm (with one weekday off)

Holiday: 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

Membership Advisor

to join our friendly and energetic club in

Rushden

. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great people skills and a proactive attitude to be part of one of the world's leading fitness brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

outstanding customer service

to members and prospects Conduct engaging

gym tours

and confidently discuss membership options Achieve

sales targets

with commission and incentives available Handle

phone enquiries

lead generation

, and

retention activities

Participate in and help run

member events

,

competitions

,

promotional campaigns and social media posts

Support

corporate sales

and local marketing efforts Perform general

cleaning and maintenance

to keep the club safe and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Quick-thinking and confident on the phone and in person Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset Able to stay organised and self-motivated in a busy environment Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering top-quality service Willing to work flexible hours including some evenings and Saturdays
