Position:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic communications officer who can play a key role in the delivery of a creative and engaging membership communications programme.

The role within our Membership, Quality Enhancement and Standards team is responsible for promoting all aspects of our member services, making imaginative use of a range of media. You will also analyse and report on engagement with member services to support the team in a culture of continuous improvement.


Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has experience of planning, developing and delivering creative communications programmes for a range of audiences. You will have experience of a membership organisation and awareness of the member journey and, ideally, knowledge of the higher education sector. You should be familiar with contemporary marketing and communications, including the effective use of social media and CRM systems. You will have excellent communication skills and your commitment to high-quality customer service will enable you to engage our members, to broaden reach and ensure they are able to benefit from their QAA Membership.

Highly organised, you will be able to work flexibly on a variety of projects, managing your work to ensure it meets project milestones and delivers high-quality outputs focused on improving engagement and enhancing the member experience.
