Job Purpose:



The

Community Associate (CA) ensures exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and visitors in our community. They are responsible for supporting the responsibilities of the Community Manager. Their primary objective is to provide 5-Star customer service - retaining current customers and nurturing new business prospects across multiple locations in the city.

Reports to

:Community Manager /Deputy City Manager.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors, customers and guests - serving as a contact for the centre - with professional and friendly service, ensuring an exceptional first impression. Uphold a "show ready" centre at all times through continual visual inspection, to ensure the pristine condition of business lounges, conference rooms, show offices and common areas. Resolve facility fixes where necessary and prepare for our next guests at all times, complying with Health & Safety standards. Enhance the customer experience through helpful onboarding, flawless move-ins, and seamless transitions from day one. Manage stock take to ensure all supplies are maintained at the desired levels. Drive incremental revenue by conducting tours with prospective customers. Generate leads by posting company-provided ads on social media and other websites (Craigslist, Kijiji, X, Facebook Marketplace, etc.). Maximise quality time with customers to identify potential opportunities to improve customer service and increase customer retention. Ensure customers are aware of the available International Workplace Group services and capture all daily service charges in the billing system, adopting a proactive approach to identify missed revenue opportunities. Assist in training and development of other Community Associate(s) to learn the business and achieve success. Serve as a resource for customers, providing information, assistance and recommendation on services, products, and amenities. Display a true passion for customer service by actively seeking ways to delight customers and guests, maintaining a 5-star business environment - measured by the Net Promoter Score, with team members to achieve set targets. Manage customer relationships, including smooth departures and gathering valuable feedback, Account Receivables (AR) up to date and facilitating community building events. Other duties, as assigned, including light cleaning, delivering mail, sending packages, preparing meeting rooms, and supporting with administration tasks.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 16,000.00-21,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
