Hybrid - 3 days in Camden, London (after onboarding)

Salary:

30,000-34,000 per annum

About the Role



We're looking for an organised, collaborative and confident communicator to join our team as

Membership & Programme Coordinator for the Global Coffee Institute

- a dynamic network of coffee and hospitality leaders brought together through expert-led content, live events and insight sharing.

This new role will support the Programme Director in managing and delivering our growing annual programme, while acting as the primary point of contact for our community of members.

You'll help onboard new members, promote upcoming events, coordinate communications, and play a key role in building relationships across our network. You'll also support on production and development of our live and digital content, with opportunities to grow into curating and programming events yourself.

It's a brilliant role for someone with a few years' experience in events, communications, membership management or stakeholder engagement who's looking to take the next step and be part of something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities



Membership & Community



Be the first point of contact for Global Coffee Institute members Manage onboarding and registration for events Keep members engaged with regular updates and personalised support Write and distribute engaging B2B communications about the programme

Programme & Event Coordination



Support the delivery of our in-person and online events Help with scheduling, speaker liaison and content planning Update the website, newsletters and social channels with fresh content Coordinate with partners, contributors and internal teams

Content & Strategy Support



Contribute ideas to improve the programme and member experience Assist with speaker research, topic development and feedback collection Support audience development and promotion

About You



Essential skills and experience



At least 3 years in a similar role or with transferable skills Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple projects at once Confident written and verbal communication skills Clear and engaging B2B copywriting skills Experience liaising with senior stakeholders or clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience using a CMS or project management tool A curious mind - eager to learn and help share knowledge

Desirable



Knowledge or interest in the coffee or hospitality industry Experience in digital marketing (e.g. updating websites, producing newsletters, social media) Design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe suite) Experience in event management and coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
