The Membership & Racket Sports Administrator will provide efficient and professional administrative support for all racket sports activities within the Club, ensuring the smooth delivery of programmes, competitions, and coaching schedules. The role will also oversee all aspects of membership administration and engagement, including maintaining accurate records, processing applications and renewals, reporting non-renewals, and coordinating member communications. A strong focus on customer service, organisation, and attention to detail will be essential, as the postholder will play a key role in integrating new members, improving retention rates across all membership categories, and supporting the development of an excellent overall member experience. The postholder will also support the Club's growth by promoting membership benefits and initiatives.
The Membership & Racket Sports Administrator will work closely with the General Manager, Head of Tennis & Padel, and Head of Squash & Racketball to ensure consistency and alignment across all racket sports operations. The position is for 30 hours per week (typically between 8.00am-8.00pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work to support Club events and tournaments) and working hours to be arranged as required by the needs and demands of the Club.
