Compensation
Base salary: Competitive standard wage

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Membership Growth
Actively promote Jetts Greengates membership options, facilities, and services
Conduct outbound calls and engage in community outreach to attract new members
Convert leads into memberships while delivering exceptional customer service
2. Customer Engagement & Retention
Build strong relationships with members and promptly address concerns
Promote gym challenges, events, and classes to encourage engagement
Gather and analyse member feedback to improve customer experience
Work alongside GM to improve attrition and implement action plans for retaining member cancellations, including obtaining cancellation fees
3. Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and sales area
Assist with membership sign-ups, updates, and administrative tasks
Manage promotional materials and product inventory
4. Marketing & Community Outreach
Participate in local marketing initiatives and social media engagement
Represent Jetts Greengates at community events to drive brand awareness
Build up a B2B portfolio and drive corporate memberships with local businesses
Targets & KPIs
1. Sales Targets
Meet or exceed monthly membership sign-up goals
Increase upselling of additional services (e.g., personal training packages)
2. Retention Metrics
Maintain or improve monthly member retention rates
Achieve high renewal rates for memberships
3. Customer Engagement KPIs
Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
Maintain a high customer feedback score through surveys and reviews
4. Community & Marketing Goals
Attend at least two community events per quarter
Increase social media engagement (likes, shares, comments) by a set percentage
Utilise GymSales for email and SMS campaigns to promote referral benefits, in club activities and drive appointments
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle
Sales-driven and motivated to exceed targets
Highly organized and able to multitask
Experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry (preferred but not essential)
