Membership Sales Advisor Hereford

With more than 5000 clubs worldwide, Anytime Fitness (AF) is the fastest growing fitness chain globally and this exciting 24/7 gym concept is now growing rapidly in the UK.

As Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for the sale of new memberships, retention of existing members and other general duties as directed by the club manager. You will have specific responsibility for:

driving best practice in prospecting for new members and for dealing with new sales enquiries utilising AF systems and procedures to achieve sales targets managing appointments, conducting facility tours and closing sales completing new member inductions growing corporate membership through corporate meetings and presentations database management to aid member retention development and promotion of AF Hereford and the AF brand generally assisting in the development of AF culture within the club operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the club adherence to health & safety requirements
You will have a proven track record of successfully working in a high quality service or sales environment. You will know how to thrive in a structured sales-driven working environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It would be advantageous if you have already worked in a sales position.

Exact working hours will be determined. You will need a willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. You will receive a competitive salary - commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be paid commission on membership sales and there is also potential for additional discretionary bonuses on achievement of pre-determined KPIs and targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,396.80 per year
