We are recruiting a full time Sales Advisor to help increase the business revenue and uphold standards at our premium 24hr Anytime Fitness gym in MAGHULL.

Anytime Fitness Maghull is a premium state-of-the-art fitness facility with the latest equipment & technology. The sole focus of this role is on member recruitment & customer service, whilst maintaining the high standards that current members would expect of one of the world's leading fitness franchises.

We are looking to recruit energetic, positive, happy, smiling members of our team who will go out of their way to welcome members into our club by way of smashing their sales targets.

The Membership Sales Advisor's day will have a range of duties within the business which centre around the recruitment of new members and the retention of existing members. Full training will be given in all areas.

Main duties will include:

Maintaining the very best gym standards for a premium member experience Presenting the gym to both ex-members & potential members Calling ex-members, current members & potential members for feedback, referrals & with a view to sell memberships Lead generation through calls, daily outreach, member referrals & social media promotions Engaging with our members, sharing the AF love and making them feel part of an amazing premium fitness community Creating business partnerships within the local community Taking daily action to sell memberships & close deals

Gym instructor Level 2 qualification is mandatory.

Previous experience in a high pressured daily sales environment is essential!

Starting salary (p/h) with a commission package of OTE at 30,000k+.

The commission structure is uncapped so there is the ability for outstanding sales people to achieve more!

Pay: 20,800.00-35,000.00 per year
