Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Representative to join our team. This role is essential in fostering relationships with our members and driving membership growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, be proficient in Salesforce, and have the ability to analyse data to improve membership strategies. Enabling effective communication with a diverse member base.

Duties

Engage with potential and existing members to promote membership benefits and services. Conduct outreach efforts to attract new members through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person events. Utilise Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and analyse membership trends. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at increasing membership engagement. Organise and participate in community events to raise awareness about our organisation and its offerings. Prepare reports on membership statistics and present findings to management for strategic planning.

Experience

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a membership-based organisation. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for building relationships and enhancing member experiences is essential for success in this role.
