Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Membership Sales Executive who shares our view of first-class customer service. A positive 'can-do' attitude will add to the friendly atmosphere we are known for throughout the community and amongst our members. As a person, you'll be engaging and confident, promoting your knowledge and passion about all aspects of leisure and golf to current and prospective members.

As a Membership Sales Executive, you'll manage our customer database, proactively driving membership sales. You will be knowledgeable of each department and support future members to take the most relevant membership option for them. You will proactively seek lead-generation opportunities both in-house and throughout the local area.

To be a successful Membership Sales Executive you will be highly proficient in both written and verbal communication allowing your depth of knowledge to shine through. Your enthusiastic nature to be part of a sales environment will allow you to thrive at achieving KPI's both as an individual and as a team.

Skills and Responsibilities



To actively promote membership packages within the club in line with instructions from the Sales Manager/Assistant General Manager Building rapport and trust with customers by engaging with them, and actively anticipating and subsequently meeting their needs Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by the management team Ensure all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly, assisting customers in their choices; whilst positively and proactively driving retention To assist in the promotion and marketing of the centre, its services and facilities, which entails outreach in the surrounding areas Manage complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely, escalating where necessary to the relevant people Manage and organise CRM database, ensuring regular communication with all leads assigned to you
This is a full-time role requiring the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
