Sales Consultant / Fitness Instructor

We are recruiting for an role in the new Southmere Development in Abbey Wood as a Membership Adviser or AF Coach for a leading brand within the health and fitness industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic sales person who can demonstrate excellent communication skills to attract new members whilst engaging those already with us.

What we are looking for:

Energetic and sociable personality Good written and spoken communication skills Sales focused and target driven Skill and interest in social media Be proactive and display initiative Highly adaptable with a hunger to succeed and have fun Preferred if candidate has Level 2 & 3 in Personal Training
You will report to the club manager. Your main responsibility will be to seek new members, gather prospects as well as look after our wonderful members, enhancing their experience in the club and being part of the ethos.

20 prospects per/ day

50 attempted calls / day

25 completed calls / day

Relevant number of appointments booked per day- according to individual daily run rate targets.

Relevant number of sales achieved per day- according to overall club sales target and individual daily run rate targets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 21,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Abbeywood SE2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
