This is a sales role with a difference. You won't be cold-calling from a script -- you'll be building genuine relationships, creating energy around the club, and helping people find a membership that fits their lifestyle.
You'll take ownership of the full membership journey: generating interest, welcoming prospective members, delivering engaging tours, and converting enquiries into long-term members -- all while delivering a premium, service-led experience aligned with our hotel standards.
What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll:
Proactively generate new membership leads through social media, local outreach, partnerships, and events
Engage prospects through consultations, tours, and follow-up conversations that feel natural and personalised
Plan and support on-site and off-site promotions, community activity, and awareness events
Convert enquiries into memberships, consistently achieving individual and club sales targets
Follow up leads confidently via phone, email, social channels, and face-to-face conversations
Promote the full range of memberships, facilities, and leisure services
Support member retention through ongoing engagement and relationship-building
Keep accurate and up-to-date records using the membership system
Work closely with hotel, leisure, and marketing teams to maximise visibility and results
Deliver a warm, professional, and high-quality experience every time
About you

You don't need to come from a pure sales background -- attitude, energy, and people skills matter most.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a people-facing role (advantageous, not essential)
A confident, approachable communication style
Comfort using social media and digital platforms to engage and attract customers
A proactive, target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
An interest in health, wellbeing, fitness, or hospitality
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
