We're growing and are looking for a passionate Membership Sales Consultant to join the team.

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant at Apex Gyms, you'll be a key driver of growth and the public face of the gym in your local area. Your responsibilities will include:

Generating, nurturing, and converting leads into active memberships. Conducting gym tours, showcasing our unique facilities and benefits. Delivering a high standard of customer service, guiding prospects through their membership decision. Promoting the gym in the local community through outreach activities such as social media, leafleting, and local events. Supporting daily club operations - helping to maintain presentation, cleanliness and member experience. Acting as an ambassador for Apex Gyms' culture: inclusive, motivational, energy driven.

Key Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

Sales driven, ambitious, and motivated to hit and exceed targets. Confident and personable, with excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone. Passionate about fitness and excited to be part of a growing brand. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and proactive, with a hands-on approach to supporting club operations. Experienced in sales (fitness industry experience is ideal, but not essential). PC literate and social media savvy.
