Now we need a Membership Sales Executive to drive our growth and help more people join the Fierce Life movement.

As a Membership Sales Executive, your role is to turn interest into action. You'll meet with prospects, run engaging consultations, and present Fierce Life programs in a way that excites and inspires. You'll manage leads, follow up with potential members, and ensure everyone who walks through our doors has an exceptional joiner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Member Engagement

Conduct structured consultations with prospects to uncover their goals and challenges. Confirm appointments, follow up with no-shows, and rebook where possible. Maintain consistent activity to achieve and exceed membership sales targets. Deliver a first-class joiner experience, every time.
Lead Generation and Conversion

Proactively follow up on all leads generated through marketing and referrals. Explore new opportunities in the community for outreach and partnerships. Convert warm leads into long-term members by presenting programs with clarity and impact.
Operational Excellence

Capture data, track outcomes, and keep systems updated accurately. Ensure prospects feel supported, welcome, and confident from the first interaction. Uphold the Fierce Life brand values in every consultation and tour.

Who You Are

Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven. Confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. Resilient and competitive -- you enjoy hitting targets and winning. Previous sales experience preferred, fitness industry experience a plus (but not essential).
