We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and people-oriented individuals to join our fundraising team. As a Membership Recruiter, you will represent Norfolk Wildlife Trust at various events, shows and venues throughout the county, raising awareness and recruiting members to support vital conservation efforts.
About the Role:
This is a part-time role, working 2 or 3 days a week, including
Saturdays and Sundays
, where you will:
Engage with the public at pre-booked events, shows, and venues raising awareness about Norfolk Wildlife Trust's mission.
Persuade and inspire individuals to become members, supporting the trust through regular giving, helping fund the Trust's invaluable work in wildlife conservation.
Work in a variety of locations, ensuring each day offers something new and exciting.

You have a
genuine passion for wildlife and conservation

Previous experience in fundraising, sales, events, or customer service is an advantage--but not essential
Comfortable working to targets and deadlines, with a can-do attitude
You're a natural communicator with a warm, engaging style who thrives on building rapport with people face-to-face.
You're
motivated, self-driven
, and enjoy working independently.
You embrace the
variety and flexibility

You're available to work

You have a
full driving license
and access to your own vehicle.
