About Us
Elmhurst Ballet School is a highly successful vocational ballet boarding school associated with Birmingham Royal Ballet and is based one mile from the city centre in Edgbaston. Students are equipped with the skills, resilience and creativity to succeed and make a difference in the professional dance world and beyond. Our philosophy is Live, Dance, Learn; supporting excellence in dance, excellence in health and wellbeing and excellence in academic study. Our aim is to train and educate students in classical ballet and other dance styles to such a high standard that graduates go on to dance for Birmingham Royal Ballet and other national and international dance companies.
The school offers boarding facilities with around 120 students living on site and a further 80 Sixth Form students living in accommodation nearby.
The Job Role
We are recruiting for a
Memberships and Partnerships Executive
who will play a key role in growing philanthropic and corporate support for Elmhurst Ballet School. This newly created role is target-driven and will focus on increasing membership enrolments, strengthen retention, and secure new corporate sponsorships. As part of the Development Team, you will champion excellent member and partner relationships, drive income growth, and contribute to the wider success of our fundraising strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week, over 3-5 days per week, and may include occasional evening and weekend working.
