Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Men's Health Physiotherapist to join our rapidly expanding and highly regarded Men's Health team in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, specialist physiotherapy service, working with a wide range of male pelvic health and urological conditions in a busy, well-established private practice. Demand for our Men's Health services continues to grow, and we are looking for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

The Role

You will work autonomously within a supportive specialist team, managing a varied caseload including:

Pelvic pain syndromes Erectile dysfunction and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation Chronic pelvic floor dysfunction Peyronie's disease Lower urinary tract symptoms Men's health MSK-related presentations
Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) forms an important part of our treatment approach, alongside hands-on physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and patient education.

Essential Requirements

HCPC registered Physiotherapist

Previous clinical experience in Men's Health Physiotherapy

Experience using Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)

within a clinical setting Confident working independently and managing a specialist caseload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Desirable (Highly Beneficial)

Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy experience, particularly where it overlaps with pelvic, hip, lumbar spine, and persistent pain presentations Postgraduate training or CPD in Men's Health / Pelvic Health Experience in private practice Interest in service development and growing a specialist pathway
