THE ROLE
As Menswear Creative Lead you will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Head of Design to provide the overarching design direction for the Menswear collection.
A product focussed role, you will work across all categories ensuring our collections are well-rounded, appropriate to end use and with our Menswear/Womenswear customer in mind at all times.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Delivering at pace the Design vision of the Chief Creative Officer
• Collaborate with the CCO & Head of Design on seasonal creative directions and colour palettes
• Lead the design of our Menswear product across all categories, ensuring collections are cohesive, commercial and align with our AllSaints aesthetic. You are a team player who works collaboratively across the team of designers to guide our collections. A strong researcher, you will draw on a wide variety of sources to provide direction and inspiration to the team
• An awareness of the critical path to ensure that our collections are designed within the correct timeframes
• Commercial range building to create collections that cover a variety of end use and appeal to a diversity of Menswear customers. A strong awareness of the market place and Allsaints position within it
• An awareness of AllSaints' sustainable & ethical standards, ensuring that fabric, trim & process choices are in line with the company vision
• Work closely with the Head of Design to ensure that the storytelling of the collection is communicated to the wider business i.e. Retail and Wholesale teams

WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED?

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and successful product launches with a strong understanding of current trends and consumer preferences
• Strong understanding of materials and garment construction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic AllSaints environment
• Brand Ambassador: Your genuine love for fashion is evident. You'll be an ambassador for our brand, connecting with customers and colleagues over the power of an amazing outfit
