Location:

Brook House, Chorley

Salary:

18,345.60 - 22,464 per annum / 12.60 - 13.50 per hour dependent on hours and experience

Hours:

Part-time, 28-32 hours per week over 5 days. Working pattern is flexible and agreed at interview but fixed once set.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality HR, secretarial, and administrative support. You will help ensure our services run smoothly, contributing to the positive impact we make in the community.


This role is based in a

mental health supported living setting

, where residents may present with complex needs and challenging behaviours. We're looking for someone who is

As a Administrator, you will:




Manage aspects of site HR administration, including record-keeping, and KPI tracking Provide administrative support for staff matters, such as disciplinary and grievance meetings, including minute taking Handle finance tasks like purchase orders, invoices, petty cash, stationery, and monthly returns Support Health & Safety processes, ensuring digital systems and compliance records are up to date Deliver high-quality secretarial support, including minute taking, report preparation, and document circulation Coordinate CPA meetings, from scheduling and documentation to final distribution and filing Assist with continuous service improvement projects Maintain compliance with governance calendars and audit actions

What We're Looking For:




Strong, confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy admin role Experience working in a healthcare, mental health or social care setting is a big advantage Excellent IT skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office and digital databases High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable - a team player with the initiative to work independently A genuine interest in making a difference in mental health rehabilitation A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

About The Service




Brook House

is a 13-bed supported living service providing person-centred support for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or autism. With 24-hour staffing and a passionate multi-disciplinary team, Brook House helps residents build independence and work towards recovery.
