About the role
Case-UK is recruiting two Mental Health Coaches to support the continued expansion of the Able Futures Access to Work programme.
This role is focused on the delivery of work-related mental health coaching, supporting participants whose mental health is impacting their ability to remain in or return to employment. It is not a clinical therapy role. Instead, it centres on practical, evidence-based interventions that promote wellbeing, independence, and sustainable employment outcomes.
You will deliver a personalised support programme using a combination of telephone, video, live chat, and face-to-face interventions. Face-to-face delivery will be offered within reasonable proximity to your home location.
The role requires a high level of professional judgement, strong boundaries, and the ability to work autonomously while remaining closely connected to a supportive and experienced service team.
Who this role is suited to
This role will suit a mental health professional who is confident working with mild to moderate mental health difficulties in a structured, outcome-focused environment.
You are comfortable supporting individuals who may be distressed or overwhelmed, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and a coaching-led approach. You understand the relationship between mental health and employment and are motivated by supporting people to make practical, sustainable progress.
You are organised, reflective in your practice, and able to balance empathy with accountability.
