Mental Health Deputy Manager

Full Time - 40 Hours per week

Salary depending on experience

The Fitzwilliam Care Centre is looking for an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of mental health service. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered across the suites.

Key Responsibilities:

Support, inspire, and supervise staff, promoting best practice in mental health care. Monitor residents' mental well-being and risk. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews. Complete audits, staff inductions, and training checks. Lead de-escalation and support challenging situations. Manage referrals and assessments swiftly and safely. Liaise and collaborate with community partners, healthcare professionals and governing bodies.

Requirements:

Experience in a mental health or complex care setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Confident in risk assessment, safety planning and care planning. NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
