Mental Health Nurse - Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Mental Health Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties in the community. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans.

Provide therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and risk management to patients.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals.

Support patients in managing their mental health, promoting independence, and improving overall well-being.

Offer guidance and emotional support to patients, carers, and families.

Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation meets NHS standards and compliance requirements.

Adhere to safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and clinical governance frameworks.
