At Willinbrook Healthcare, the specialist division of Care Concern Group, we're proud to offer something different a place where high-quality mental health care is delivered with heart. We've grown rapidly over the past three years, now with 15 specialist services across England. Our latest development, Oaklea Complex Care Unit, is a 26-bed home within Ashlea Court dedicated to adults with complex physical and mental health needs, including advanced dementia and neurological conditions.



We're now looking for a Mental Health Nurse who is ready to make a meaningful difference in a service built on trust, dignity, and inclusion.



What We Offer:



20.50 to 21.50 per hour (Depending on experience).

22 to 44 hours per week.

Days and Nights available.

Paid PVG.

Uniform provided.

Onsite parking.

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).

Who we're looking for:



You'll be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an interest or background in complex mental health and dementia care. You'll bring a compassionate, collaborative spirit someone who thrives in a close-knit, supportive team and puts dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

Experience in complex care, such as neurological conditions or high-dependency needs, is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is your commitment to quality, communication, and kindness.
