Job overview




We are recruiting 2 band 5 Mental Health Nurses to join our Community Team in Norwich .





We want to recruit Practitioners who can join our trust and established busy Community team; bringing with them fresh ideas , energy and ambition.



We would welcome applications from newly qualified Practitioners and will support them through their preceptorship process and future development within the team.

You will need to be enthusiastic and conscientious and look to work collaboratively in a recovery focussed approach with service users , their families and carers .



We are looking for someone who displays compassion, resilience, empathy and sensitivity in your approach to people who may be distressed or have a challenging manner.





In return we offer a supportive multi-disciplinary team environment where you will be encouraged to develop your own knowledge of psychosocial interventions ,recovery focussed interventions and positive health promotion .

Main duties of the job




Our primary focus is on collaborative working; placing great emphasis on recovery.



Main duties of this role include:



Holding a caseload of non-complex service Users .



Contributing to the FACT and Duty system .



Working collaboratively with service users and their families and carers to formulate realistic and individualised recovery plans which incorporate service user led safety planning and informed crisis planning .



Working alongside an experienced MDT to deliver treatments and interventions that aid and support service users in their recovery .



Administration of depot medication



Attending weekly team meetings, regular reflective practice sessions and case formulations
