Job Overview



We are seeking a dedicated and passionate person to join our team in Great Yarmouth. As a Mental Health Support Worker at NIHCSS, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities



Duties

Mentoring and supporting individuals, encouraging independence and self-confidence Providing person centred support to individuals including life skills and social interactions Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise



Experience

Previous experience working with vulnerable adults is desirable Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently A compassionate and patient approach towards those in need of support
