Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Camelot Residential Home, Mind Jersey
Hours: 21 hrs/week (2x8-hr shifts + 1x5-hr shift), weekend rotation
Additional: Occasional sleep-in cover

The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to support residents with daily living, emotional wellbeing, and independence. You'll work within a supportive team, following care plans and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Requirements
RQF Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards) Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, empathetic, and flexible Willing to work weekends and sleep-ins
