to join our team in a supported living setting. You will be working with adults with a range of mental health needs, supporting them to live as independently as possible in their own homes while promoting recovery, well-being, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs and recovery goals
Support service users with daily living activities, including medication prompts, finances, appointments, and household tasks
Encourage social inclusion, confidence-building, and engagement in community activities
Monitor mental health and report any changes or concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Promote a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
Support individuals in managing crises and reducing risk behaviours
Work flexibly as part of a rota, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where required
Requirements
Experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges (desirable but not essential)
Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic IT and record-keeping skills
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS check (required before employment - we can assist with this)
