As a Mental Health Specialist, you'll be instrumental in delivering life-changing care through:

Direct Client Impact



Developing and implementing personalised recovery plans that address individual needs and aspirations Providing skilled emotional support and practical guidance to build client confidence and independence Facilitating skill development workshops and one-to-one sessions that empower sustainable positive change

Professional Practice

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements



Minimum 1 year experience in mental health, social care, or related support environments Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly Genuine commitment to person-centred care and promoting client dignity Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle Right to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications



NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Training in recovery-focused or trauma-informed approaches Experience with care planning and documentation systems

: 9am-5pm or 8am-6pm

Split Shifts

: Morning (9am-1pm) or Afternoon (1pm-9pm)

Evening Support

: 5pm-9pm
