Mental Health Support Worker

Salary: 25,792-26,208 per year | Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero-hours

What you'll do

Support individuals with their daily routines and personal goals Provide emotional reassurance and practical guidance Encourage independence through skills-building and positive routines Work as part of a supportive team alongside healthcare professionals Keep accurate notes and contribute to care plans
What we're looking for

At least 1 year's experience in mental health, social care, or support work Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills Commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centred care Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Right to work in the UK
(Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, training in trauma-informed or recovery-focused approaches)

Shifts available

Day: 8am-6pm Evening: 5pm-9pm Sleep-in: 6pm-8am Weekend work required
