Mental Health Support Worker

Salary: 26,208 per year | Full-time

What you'll do

Support individuals with day-to-day activities and the achievement of personal goals Offer emotional support, reassurance, and practical assistance Encourage independence through skills-building and positive daily routines Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team alongside healthcare professionals Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to individualised support plans

What we're looking for

Minimum

1 year's experience

in mental health, social care, or support work A compassionate, patient approach with strong communication skills A genuine commitment to person-centred care, dignity, and respect

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Right to work in the UK

(Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care; training in trauma-informed or recovery-focused approaches)*

Shifts available

Day:

8am-6pm

Day:

9am-9pm

Sleep-in:

6pm-8am

Weekend work required
