About the Role



You'll be supporting individuals with

mental health concerns, complex care needs, learning disabilities, and addiction backgrounds

to live independently in their own homes. This isn't always easy--some days will test your patience and creativity--but the rewards are huge.

What You'll Do



Your role will be varied and hands-on, including:

? Medication administration

? Cooking and meal prep

? Personal care

? Helping manage finances and maintain a safe home

Shift Details



Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key. You'll work day shifts with some weekends and occasional waking nights.
