Night Support Worker




Location:

Heathy House, Halifax, West Yorkshire

Salary:

25,225.20 per annum

Hourly Rate

: 12.60 per hour, with an overtime rate of 14.10 per hour

Hours:

Full-time, 38.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern

: 8pm to 8am on a two-week rolling rota


Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

As a Support Worker, you will:




Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting. Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents. Provide emotional and practical support to residents. Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion. Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community. Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.

EXPERIENCE:




Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting Can build rapport with ease with not only the residents but the wider team Understanding the importance of offering person-centered quality care

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES:




Working seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team Supporting residents with activities Continually promoting independence
