Support Worker (Mental Health) - Drivers Only - 14/hour - Luton

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our supported living team in Luton.

You'll support adults living with mental health needs to live independently, build confidence, and achieve their goals in a safe, caring environment. This is a full-time, rewarding role where every day makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support with routines, appointments, and activities.

Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing.

Support with personal care where needed (some clients may require minimal assistance).

Monitor and record progress, mood, and wellbeing.

Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Drive clients to appointments, community activities, or shopping (using your own vehicle or company vehicle).

Requirements

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.

Experience in mental health, supported living, or care preferred.

A caring, patient, and reliable attitude.

Good communication skills (spoken and written English).

Willingness to complete mandatory care training and DBS check.

Must be available for full-time work (36-38 hours/week).
