Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Neath Port Talbot. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community - so that they can live good lives.



This role is a permanent position, with a 36 hours a week contract.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you will:


Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives. Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines. Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community. Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support. Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
