to join our teams in the Swansea area. These are a mixture of part time and full-time roles with 6 weeks' worth of rotas provided in advance.

Mental Health Support Worker

(2 Maternity Cover, 1 Permanent) - Swansea

Pay

: 12.86 per hour

Hours

:

+ 2 x 35 hour per week
+ 1 x 24 hours per week

Contract

: 1 post ending May 2026 1 post ending November 2026 1 post Permanent

Double pay rate on Christmas Bank Holiday

You DO NOT need a full UK driving license

Closing Date: Monday 24th November 2025 at 12pm Noon.

Interview Date: Friday 12th December.

About the role

As a

Mental Health Support Worker

, you will play a vital role in our Swansea service, supporting tenants with mental health needs, some of whom are recovering from substance use. You'll help individuals live independently and achieve their personal goals.


Your responsibilities as a

Mental Health Support Worker

Providing person-centred support in line with our values Assisting tenants with daily living tasks and accommodation needs Working in a psychologically informed and trauma-aware way Supporting wellbeing and safety within the service

We welcome previous experience working as Customer Assistant, Hospitality, Volunteer, Care Worker, Home Care Assistant, Health Care Assistant, Home Carer, Social Care Worker, Mental Health Support Worker, Mental Health Care Worker, Complex Support Worker, Voluntary Worker, Domiciliary Care.
