Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to clients with mental health needs.
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Monitor, record, and report on client behavior and progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including therapists, nurses, and social workers.
Support clients in developing daily living skills and maintaining routines.
Respond appropriately to crisis situations and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mental health, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
Degree or certification in psychology, social work, nursing, or a related healthcare field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crisis situations.
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
