What you'll be doing...
mentoring and coaching 16-19 learners and apprentices in Construction to help them engage fully with college life
supporting students through emotional, social and behavioural challenges
delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
working closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure students succeed
liaising with families and external agencies where necessary
tracking progress and celebrating student development
