We're looking for a passionate and organised Mentoring Coordinator to join our team on a 18-month fixed-term contract to plan and deliver our mentoring programme for young people aged 8-19 (up to 25 with a disability).
In this role, you will:
Recruit, train, and support a team of volunteer mentors.
Match young people with mentors and guide their mentoring journey.
Support young people facing challenges such as education, training, mental health, and self-development.
Build strong relationships with families and partner agencies to create the best outcomes.
You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with young people from diverse backgrounds, and a flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
