Job Summary

A growing engineering practice are actively seeking a MEP CAD/BIM Manager to join their team. This role has arisen due to organic growth of the team and a consistent increase in the volume of projects and their size. The position would also suit an experienced Senior CAD/Revit Technician looking to move up into a Management position, or an already established CAD/BIM Manager.

Job Type / Category

Managing the outputs and quality of the CAD/Revit Team. Overseeing the drawing production and allocating work. Quality Control & Ensuring Current CAD/Revit Standards are kept up to date. Producing fully coordinated, 3D models in Revit. Identifying resource requirements and be responsible for the CAD Team.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of CAD packages including AutoCAD & Revit. Revit 3D MEP Coordination experience is essential. Production of Working MEP BIM models and associated 2D Drawings in Revit environment. Experience of Coordinating BIM Models with Design Team Using Cloud based platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel.

Benefits

Holiday entitlement is 25 days per year. One (1) additional day of holiday entitlement is given on completion of five years' service and one day for each subsequent year up to a maximum of five (5) additional day's holiday (maximum entitlement of 30 days).

37.5 hours per week, working 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday with a flexible start time of between 8am and 9.30am with one hour for lunch normally between 1pm and 2pm.

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
