Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager to oversee delivery on a infrastructure project at a London-based airport. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a professional with a strong background in complex, high-security environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle delivery of MEP systems Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and airport stakeholders Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality Ensure full compliance with airport safety protocols and regulatory frameworks Provide regular reporting and risk management updates to senior leadership

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in MEP project management, ideally within aviation or large-scale infrastructure Strong understanding of UK building regulations and airport operational standards Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, BIM etc) Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance (background checks required)
