Job description
Opportunity exists for experienced Revit building services technician to support expanding coordination company offering manufacturing drawing productions alongside design/engineering solutions in a BIM environment. Candidate can join on a part-time, temp to perm or freelance basis. Must be able to attend office on regular basis. Hybrid working options.
Skills:
Experience in Revit
Skilled in AutoCAD
Previous experience in project management
Ability to design/model detailed plantrooms.
Focused on attention to detail and able to identify problems and resolve.
Ability to produce work to an agreed timescale.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed and dimensioned installation drawings using Revit software.
Provide engineered solutions to design team problems.
Produce drawings and schematics based on instruction using Revit and AutoCAD software.
Attend site to assess and survey.
Commitment to work to the companies BIM strategy and company standards.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team of professionals committed to meeting deadlines.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: 15.00-22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
