Ciceley Commercials Ltd is looking for the right person to join their Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle franchised business as an Apprentice Service Advisor, where you will be given the skills and knowledge for a lifelong career whilst working with a team that drives the standard in customer care.

On successful completion you will then be enrolled onto the 'Mercedes Benz C Service programme' which will allow you to further develop your career to become a qualified Service Advisor. The main duties will include:

Liaising with customers, face to face and over the phone. Booking in vehicles on Autoline system. Working with the workshop support team. Providing customers with regular updates and obtaining authorisation for any additional work. Promoting new offers/services to customers. Promoting Service Contracts and their benefits. Raising job cards and liaising with our booking team to ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Dealing with customer queries. Raising invoices. Ensuring customer facing areas are kept clean and tidy. Always delivering an exceptional customer experience Adhoc administration duties to support the service team.

Essential Criteria

GCSE grades 4-9 (or equivalent A - C) in English and Maths
The ability to work quickly but also pay attention to detail Exceptional communication skills The ability to follow written and verbal instructions Hard working with the ability to work under pressure Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team Organised work ethic Safe and responsible work manner

Desirable Criteria:

Mercedes-Benz LGV and HGV knowledge Previous administration experience
