Assist the Product Merchandiser in building a range that captures increased sales and ensures margin and profit potential by delivering a product offer that exceeds customers' expectations across all channels of the business.

Product Merchandising




Build Seasonal Range Plan with PM and increases sales and improves productivity across all channels. Build category plan with PM to support Topline seasonal strategy End Season Sales analysis pack and preparation with PM (understand channel/market performance) Seasonal market feedback for PD/Design and Tech: Store SWOT analysis and Market Price Architecture Identify missed opportunities by market/channel from a product, price, delivery and competitive prospective. Understand overall trends by category/market and channel Drops and delivery performance by market and affect on launch pack planning (category heat maps) Collate competitor and trend analysis by market



Global Pricing with PM




Support Design and PD to drive all aspects of range plan requirements Keep Full Price Visual up to date to aid other department planning Cross with internal stakeholders (VM/Press/Marketing) to identify key marketing moments to drive through maximum sales. Identify carry forward ranges / Continuity and exit strategy when needed. Work closely with Technical and Product Development to make a size selection that works for all channels of the business and is aligned with business strategy Support in seasonal Sign Off Preparations Attend product reviews with retail teams for key product feedback. Weekly update of PO's with production and management of OTB/Confirmed intake with Head of B&M Support with Weekly Best sellers and Trade reports Work closely with Ecom teams to ahead of new product launches


Margin




Working with PD to identify competitive price points and support with margin analysis



Systems & Market Set Up




Set up Retail Item cards in Business Central in line with the Critical Path Deadlines Provide all information needed for Joor set up Assist Wholesale and Franchise with pricelists for new product Provide Merchandising guidelines to the Franchise and Wholesale team to ensure partners are aligned with our strategy Work closely with all buying teams to ensure that strong communication exists between the departments and orders are placed in line with the Critical Path orders and with enough notice for the partners to have sufficient time to allocate their requests.

Stock Distribution




Run weekly Intake tracker and highlight any delays to PMM Work with production split/short shipments to ensure all channels are prioritised in accordance with their individual Support Buying and Allocation teams to monitor intake

General


Conduct store visits as and when required Confirm all product data and pricing in working files are up to date and accurate Updating line manager of workload and priorities, issues and projects to follow through.
