Job Description

Role Purpose:



A key part of the Merchandising team supporting the department to ensure that fans can buy great quality fanwear when and where they want and at the right price, focusing on stock control, driving sales & profit.


Responsibilities

:

Supports department by producing accurate and timely historical data and analysis Responsible for maintaining system and reporting accuracy through regular housekeeping e.g. OMR Produces weekly trade reports, providing performance insight, makes trade recommendations to drive sales and profit Track's intake and ensures all critical paths are accurate, keeping team informed of any intake or delivery issues Manage all aspects of department allocation and replenishment Manage markdown and promotional pricing activity Work with suppliers to maintain critical path/delivery schedule Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management from time to time You may also be required from time to time to work additional hours including but not limited to providing support around events and hot markets. This may involve weekend and late night working.

Knowledge & Experience:



Excellent numerical skills Retail experience preferable Proficient MS Office packages, including strong Excel experience Commerciality - constantly identifies opportunities to maximise business gains Problem Solving - ability to gather key information and identify root cause quickly, use creativity to propose solutions Interpersonal skills - positively interacts with others and can understand and relate to others Self-Management - can manage own time, resources, and prioritise to achieve goals Teamwork - promotes collaboration and commitment within a team to achieve goals Promotes collaboration and commitment within a team to achieve goals
