Merchandise Manager (maternity Cover)

Job Description


We are looking for a Merchandise Manager to join our Menswear division. This is a pivotal role driving sales and profitability and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers. In the role you will:

  • Lead and develop a Merchandising team to manage the stock and margin for an entire division.
  • Implement merchandise plans and set budgets that align with the company\'s overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Buying teams to optimise the product assortment and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Stock Operations, Supply Chain, Digital and Finance.
  • Conduct regular reviews to monitor performance and drive change to ensure financial targets are met (weekly stock reporting, WSSI forecasting, OTB tracking, seasonal lessons learnt, continuity range reviews).
  • Be instrumental in the creation of masterplan project proposals for the future growth and development of the division.
  • Reporting to the Head of Merchandising and working closely with the Director of the division, you and your team will provide the analytical support to drive the business forward.
