Your new role

This is a hybrid role based at our Doncaster Group Support Centre, with 2-3 days a week onsite.


As a Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for analysing product performance and providing the Commercial team with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Working closely with Buyers and the wider Merchandising team, you'll optimise product assortments, monitor trends, and ensure the right products are available in the right place, at the right price, at the right time for our customers.


What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll:

Maintain and analyse key sales data

to support accurate forecasting and provide valuable insights into product performance, helping to shape future trading strategies.

Conduct detailed post-campaign reviews

to assess the success of initiatives, highlight learning, and identify new opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.

Track market and customer trends

, supporting the evaluation and roll out of new product development trials to ensure the range remains fresh, relevant, and commercially strong.

Collaborate closely with the Merchandising and Buying teams

, contributing to strategic discussions and providing data-led recommendations to inform decision-making.

Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously

, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
